You Are Loved, No Matter What…
Our model for ministry emphasizes short-term engagements, focusing on evangelism rather than long-term discipleship, and directing new believers to local churches for continued spiritual growth.
Outreaches
Our primary ministry goal and desire is to travel across the region, guided by the Holy Spirit, conducting in-person outreaches for approx. 2-5 days in small towns and poor neighborhoods. We will set-up in a community and focus on connecting with and ministering to individuals living in poverty, homelessness, suffering from abuse, violence, and trauma, battling addictions, alcoholism, and mental illness, and those feeling rejected by society and the Church.
Service Days
Service projects will be conducted during the day in the neighborhoods we are called to share in, demonstrating God’s love through practical acts of kindness (yard work, cleaning, maintenance, etc.) and prayer walks.
Prayer Walks
Our Team believes nothing is more powerful than prayer. In addition to regular prayer time, we will also spend time walking through poor neighborhoods and small towns as led by the Holy Spirit praying for those who live there, especially for young people and children. We will pray to see God move, to see the cycle of poverty, violence, abuse, addiction, mental illness, and hopelessness broken, and to see all find the Hope and Peace of Jesus.
Outreach In The Park
Gathering in local parks in small towns and poor neighborhoods to focus on connecting with and ministering to individuals living in poverty, homelessness, suffering from abuse, violence, and trauma, battling addictions, alcoholism, and mental illness, and those feeling rejected by society and the Church. Outreaches will consist of a meal, worship music, sharing of testimonies, followed by prayer for those who request it at a park or field. This will be done in partnership with one or more local Churches.

2025 OUTREACH SCHEDULE:
Our First Outreach of 2025 will be in New Castle, IN from April 30th – May 3rd. We will center our efforts around Baker Park and then spread out into neighborhoods that truly need the Hope and Peace of Jesus. Come out and Join us.

Youth Outreaches
Knowing the pain and hurt so many teens are living with and through, James Carter and this Outreach have made it a Primary Focus and Goal to reach young people and show them there is hope of a better life through Jesus Christ and a way to break free of the pain and trauma. Locally, this is done through gatherings and outings to provide opportunities and experiences they may not otherwise be able to have. While doing Outreaches, specific efforts will be made to connect with and encourage youth to show them the Hope and Love that may be missing in their lives.

Online and Social Media Outreach
In between the In-Person Outreaches, we seek to maintain the ministry’s outreach by engaging with people online and via social media. Each week, James hosts a video “podcast” called “Conversations With The Evangelist” where he communicates God’s love and shares on various topics from the Bible. The goal is to make the Bible both understandable and its Message relevant, especially for those who do not already have a relationship with Jesus. His Podcast is Live on both Facebook and YouTube each week and is rapidly growing. Brian and Anita Penrod will soon be launching a new Online Bible Study, beginning with the Psalms, for those who wish a deeper understanding of the Word of God.

Study Bible Giveaway
In Grateful Appreciation for the generosity of Tyndale House Publishers, we are blessed to be able to give away new Study Bibles to anyone who asks for one. And at times other Christian books or materials that are donated by the Publisher. To date, we have been able to mail out Bibles to more than 30 states in addition to all we have handed to people in person. If you are in need a good Study Bible, please let us know. We will be happy to mail one anywhere in the Continental United States.
Church Testimony Sharing
While not his primary calling, James makes himself available to speak at local Churches about this Ministry and, more specifically, to share the amazing testimony of how God saved the life of an abused, abandoned, rejected, orphaned child and led him to such amazing heights in Christ. As the Apostle Paul said, “By The Grace Of God I Am What I Am”. Only God could have done what has been done in James’ Life and through his life. This Testimony reminds all that God’s Love never fails.
